Protected Harvest certification ensures that Healthy Grown® Potatoes are grown in compliance with the most environmentally-sound standards for soil, water, and crop protection. Under this program, all farming practices are audited and certified, and only potatoes from these certified farms are harvested and packed under the Wisconsin Healthy Grown® Potato brand.
