In Wisconsin, the name Bushman is synonymous with potatoes. In fact, 2009 marks the 100th Anniversary of the Bushman families growing potatoes, as WPVGA Hall of Famer Joseph Bushman began farming near Galloway, Wisconsin in 1909.
