Five individuals who work at the McCain Foods USA Plover Factory Agronomy and Field Departments have a world of experience to offer when it comes to knowledge about potato harvesting. In fact, combined they have 142 years of experience in the potato industry.
The five individuals also are from five different states and have worked with potato growers from eight different states. Kerry Larson is the Field Department Manager, Doug Nelson is the Agronomist and Len Larson, Ron
Meddaugh and Dennis Schultz are Field Representatives.
In the following interview, these five men pooled their minds to come up with responses to questions on critical areas related to potato harvesting.
