Dr. Brian Hudelson of our Plant Disease Diagnostic Lab confirmed downy mildew on cucumber yesterday from Vernon County WI. This is WI’s first find, as far as I am aware. Protection of cucurbits, especially cucumber at this time, is recommended. I have provided treatments in previous Vegetable Crop Update Newsletters.
