2015 Food Safety Training Classes Scheduled
WPVGA will once again be offering training classes related to food safety. This is to help growers understand the food safety process and what is expected of them during an audit as well as the best way to keep their markets expanded.
Dates for the 2015 training are as follows:
March 2-4, 2015

March 4-5, 2015
Harmonized Standard Session 1
March 10, 2015
Harmonized Standard Session 2 (Same info presented as in session 1)
March 11, 2015
HACCP Certification Session 2
March 12-13, 2015
