2018 Food Safety Training: PrimusGFS Training

Besides harvest, this fall brings a continuation of WPVGA’s food safety program with one class that is rescheduled from earlier in the year.

The PrimusGFS Update class (to the new version) will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at the Grand Lodge Waterpark Resort in Rothschild.
This class is occurring outside of WPVGA’s normal timeframe for food safety classes mainly because the documents featuring the updates to the new version weren’t released until recently.

Geri Barone from Professional Food Safety will be the trainer and will compile materials based on the training she received from Primus.

To follow are details regarding the upcoming Primus GFS Updates class. Please read through the remainder of the article before registering.
