ATCP 50 Rule Revision

Attention WPVGA Growers:

A meeting has been scheduled with Sue Porter and Sara Walling of WDATCP regarding the ATCP 50 Rule Revisions on January 13 beginning at 1 p.m. at the Hancock Ag Research Station.  All interested growers are invited to attend.  Below is a link to the DATCP web page that has all of the information about the rule.  From this page you can find the draft rule, 590 versions, technical notes, powerpoint presentations and the dates/times/locations of all of the public hearings on the rule.

Written comments will be accepted through February 9, 2016. The WPVGA is working to prepare formal written comments on the rule draft to submit by this deadline.
