Transporting Irrigation Systems under the IoH Law

The WPVGA wants all members to know the following in regard to transporting irrigation systems under the Implement of Husbandry law:

We DO have an exemption for length for irrigation equipment.

It reads like this:
“3. No length limitation for an implement of husbandry that is an irrigation system in combination with a farm tractor, farm truck, farm truck tractor, or motor truck temporarily operated upon a highway.”
