UPDATED Food Safety Training for 2016

The 2016 WPVGA Food Safety Training is now scheduled for the following dates. The fees and times for each class are included below.

  • HACCP: Monday, February 29-Tuesday March 1
    • $100/person (price includes lunch and breaks)
    • 2-day required course for certification
    • 9am-5pm each day
  • Primus GFS: Wednesday March 2-Friday March 4
    • $165/person (price includes lunch and breaks)
    • 3-day course
    • 9am-5pm each day
  • Harmonized Standard: Tuesday, March 22
    • No Fee
    • Lunch will be provided
    • 9am-5pm

NOTE: To sign up for the above classes, each person must complete a Contact Information/Registration Form, and email or fax (715-623-3176) it to WPVGA. Payment can be made by mailing a check (please state if a check is in the mail on the contact form) or by calling 715-623-7683 with credit card information.

**February 24, 2016 is the deadline for WPVGA to receive payment.**

Each class will take place at the Grand Lodge Waterpark Resort (805 Creske Ave. Rothschild, WI 54474). The room rate is $75/night. You can reserve a room under WPVGA’s block of rooms by calling the Grand Lodge at 715-241-6300.
