Wisconsin Farm Succession Professionals Network Meetings

These meetings are designed to bring educators, agencies and service professionals together to discuss coordinating efforts in farm succession to better serve Wisconsin agriculture.

2015 dates: October 26, 27, 29 and November 3

Building on last year’s successful meetings, the Wisconsin Farm Succession Professionals Network (WIFSPN) will again offer networking meetings for professionals who find themselves addressing farm succession issues as they work with their clients. These meetings are an opportunity to learn more about farm succession issues and to network with other professionals in your geographic area.

1:30 Welcome, introductions, objectives of the organization and day
1:45 Financial education for the farm – empowering them to make decisions
2:45 Family dynamics – tools to help farms structure their communications
3:45 Break
4:00 Medicaid qualifications and recovery update
5:00 Adjourn

Regional meetings for farm succession professionals have been organized from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the following dates and locations:

  • Madison, Monday, October 26, 2015

  • Appleton, Tuesday, October 27, 2015
    The Grand Meridian, 2621 N. Oneida St.
  • Eau Claire, Thursday, October 29, 2015

  • Wausau, Tuesday, November 3, 2015
    Northcentral Technical College, 1000 W. Campus Drive

Registration for these meetings is $10/person. Registration can be completed online at http://bit.ly/WIFSPN2015. Online registration requires a credit card.
