New Potato Nutrition Brochure

The USPB has designed and printed 60,000 color copies of a new potato nutrition brochure, available to all U.S. potato industry members. The brochure was specifically designed for distribution in the offices of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), but can be used for all marketing purposes. Within the brochure, readers will find:

  • Potato nutrition fun facts and nutrition panel
  • Characteristics of the seven main potato types: russets, reds, whites, yellows, blues/purples, petites and fingerlings
  • Tips for the most popular ways to prepare potatoes: baked, mashed, roasted grilled and microwaved
  • Potato usage ideas, including four delicious potato recipes, perfect for any day of the week:
    • Quick and Healthy Fries
    • Quick and Healthy Baked Pizza Potatoes
    • Baked Potato Nachos
    • Grilled Yellow Potato Planks
