USPB Retail Test & Learn Results
During FY2015 the USPB conducted a test and learn with two retailers to determine the impact of in-store radio and signage on the potato category as a whole as well as locally grown potatoes. The test showed that in-store radio and signage was not enough to overcome higher than rest of market prices. Messages did tout locally grown potatoes and resulted in a sales increase in these SKUs.
