USPB Helps Mexican Company Increase Demand for U.S. Potatoes

Mr. José Julio Batiz Soto, who is the Buyer of “Distribuidora del Pacifico” (DIPAC), told how his company started to import 10 lb. bags of U.S. potatoes during Q1 2015, and they have achieved demand growth of 8%. By adding 10 lb. bags to their product mix, this company has diversified what they offer their customers, and they mentioned how this increase is a result of support and assistance provided by the USPB.
