Open to any high school, university or technical college student enrolled or intending to enroll in a Wisconsin school to pursue a degree that benefits a specialty crop. Scholarship can be used for expenses while interning as well as education expenses.
Any career – research, education, agronomy, farming, etc. qualifies as long as it is in a specialty crop field (for example: potatoes, vegetables, ginseng, Christmas trees, etc).
Income will be considered along with merit when choosing who scholarship is awarded to.
Income of student and family is required.
Student may apply for this scholarship yearly if providing an update on how it was used previously as well as submitting an application for the current year.
