Attention WPVGA Growers — We Need Your Help!

Our industry is under increasing pressure to manage irrigation more efficiently and reduce unneeded water use. We believe that potato growers have already adopted many practices to meet this need and are actively exploring new technologies to achieve further improvements. Yet, our industry has no up to date documentation to demonstrate what we have already done and what we expect to do in the future. In light of this, the WPVGA is working with the UW to establish the baseline of irrigation practices used by the Wisconsin potato industry. We have created an on-line assessment tool to do this that will take only 10-20 minutes of your time.

The email with the link to the assessment tool was emailed to all growers on November 4th. Please note that your responses will be completely anonymous and there is no way to track information back to your individual operation. We would ask that you take the time to complete this important survey no later than Friday, November 21. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
