1948 – Potato Growers of Wisconsin Recognized
On February 13, 1948 the Articles of Incorporation for Potato Growers of Wisconsin were recognized by the Secretary of State. The first regular meeting of this organization was held in Stevens Point on March 20, 1948. The organization later changed its name to the Wisconsin Potato & Vegetable Growers Association.
