Crispy seasoned potato croutons add zest to greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers

I recently prepared a steak salad dinner for me and my husband, Mike.

Tender steak on top of crisp greens, fresh tomatoes and sliced cucumbers were all topped with a tangy blue cheese dressing. It was delicious, but what really made this salad fabulous were the potato croutons!
